Puerto Rico mourns the death of former Gov. Rafael Hernández Colón at 82

Rafael Hernández Colón, who was governor of Puerto Rico from 1973 to 1977 and from 1985 to 1993, died in the island at the age of 82. He was considered one of the more influential leaders of the Popular Democratic Party.
